Felicia is Palmetto's Chief of Staff. Before Palmetto, Felicia spent a number of years at tech-enabled startups including Compass and Blue Apron, working to scale up through the growth phase from within the Corporate Development, IR and Finance functions. She started her career in investment banking and private equity investing. Felicia holds a BS in Economics from Duke University, and is a proud "New Yorker", having lived in NYC for over 10 years.
