Jaime is responsible for overseeing Palmetto’s operations and field services, enhancing the customer experience, and market development. She brings extensive operations and leadership experience to Palmetto, having most recently served as the Head of Bikes & Scooters Operations at Lyft. She was part of the executive team that led an organization of over one thousand full time employees and contractors across 15 cities. Jaime holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BBA from The George Washington University. Jaime lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and two young children.
