Palmetto is working directly with your solar inverter manufacturer, SolarEdge, on coordinating a replacement communication device. Once a device is ready and a local technician is available, Palmetto will send you instructions directly on how to register your solar site and opt in to your 4G device upgrade.

We're working to coordinate replacement shipments with the manufacturer as quickly as possible. 4G device upgrades will primarily happen over the course of September, October, and November. However, timelines may be affected based on supply availability as well as local technician availability.

It is important to remember that during this period, your solar system will still produce power.
