When you first sign up for a LightReach Energy Plan, you will receive an email and text message (SMS) to activate your Palmetto account. You MUST complete your LightReach Contract, Identity, and Direct Debit or ACH payment set up in your account.
Typically, we automatically verify that you own the property where the solar system will be installed, but occasionally we will also request documentation on that.
Click the link in your email to choose a password and activate your account.
