For any customer with Palmetto Protect powered by Omnidian Essentials Plan, beginning December 31, 2023, Palmetto will safeguard your system through our Palmetto Protect Essentials plan. If your Palmetto Protect powered by Omnidian plan expires in January 2024, you will receive a three-month free subscription to Palmetto Protect Essentials, and your subscription will expire at the end of March 2024. If your Palmetto Protect powered by Omnidian plan expires at a later date, you will have Palmetto Protect Essentials for the duration of that plan.
Is there any action required on my end?
No, if your Palmetto Protect powered by Omnidian plan expires in January 2024, you will receive a three-month free subscription to Palmetto Protect Essentials, and your subscription will expire at the end of March 2024.

What happens if I have an active work order with Omnidian?
Omnidian will work with you until the active issue is resolved.
Are my hardware, workmanship, and roof penetration warranties impacted?
No, your warranty protection will remain the same.

What does the Palmetto Protect Essentials plan entail?
Omnidian Essentials and Palmetto Protect Essentials offer customers the same service offering. With Palmetto Protect Essentials you will have:
- Proactive Communication - We will let you know if there is a problem with your system.
- Excellent Service Management - Our US-based solar experts work with you to remotely resolve issues coordinate service visits, and are available by phone and email when you need them.
- Access to our Nationwide Field Service Network - We have verified technicians across the U.S. to provide local service and support for your system.
When does my Palmetto Protect Essentials plan expire?
If your Palmetto Protect powered by Omnidian plan expires in January 2024, you will receive a three-month free subscription to Palmetto Protect Essentials, and your subscription will expire at the end of March 2024.

What happens at the end of the three-month free subscription (if applicable)?
