Activate Your System

Activate your Enphase IQ Combiner

Once you've completed steps 1 and 2 to reset your solar breaker and power your AC disconnect, you're ready for the final step. DO NOT BEGIN THIS STEP unless you have completed steps 1 and 2.

STEP 3: Turn on IQ Combiner breakers

  • Your Enphase IQ Combiner may be located next to your electrical panel, your meter, or your AC disconnect. Look for a small grey box labeled “Enphase.”

Note: If you instead see a white box labeled "SolarEdge," click here for step 3 instructions.

  • Inside the IQ Combiner box, flip all breakers to the center. There may be two (2) to five (5) breakers in this box.

  • The inverter may take a while to turn on, depending on the time of day. When the IQ Combiner/Envoy has connected successfully, the left-most LED light will be solid green.

Note: If none of the LEDs are lit, it is not powered on. Turn off and on the breaker and/or disconnect switch feeding the IQ Combiner. If the IQ Combiner fails to power up, contact Palmetto for assistance.

After You Activate Your Solar Energy System

The green lights indicate that your system is active but it takes a few days to confirm. If activation was successful, we’ll know in 1-3 days when performance data begins to appear.

If you have any questions or difficulty throughout the process, you can revisit the steps or contact our Customer Experience Team at help@palmetto.com or (855) 339-1831.
